Prost Brewing

There’s nothing quite like a post hike or post walk time sitting on the outdoor patio listening to some great music with a radler, pretzel and friends. You just have to be sure to ask for “El Tacon” to wait on you if he’s there as he’s got a great sense of humor as does Sarah who is awesome as well! Kyle singlehandedly won us over as fans of Prost! On our first trip to Prost I asked what was good on the menu and I was told the hummus….and I replied now just how wonderful could hummus be? Well it really is that good…it’s served warm with roasted eggplant and sriracha and onions and garlic and other tasty additions along with some pita bread. Pairs well with any beer but my favorite is the Radler. You will always find joy in any visit to Prost! Be sure to ask for El Tacon!

The menu is small but the selection is satisfying. Pertzel bites were the highlight. The German beer selection is accommodating the typical passersby. I personally enjoyed the Summer Lager. The live music was excellent. Will return for more entertainment.

What a great beer garden hang! Very friendly service. Delicious beers. Nice walk from Union Station.

Absolutely love this place... Coolest bartenders and outstanding beer. And this is the sausage board with a Schwarzbier. If I lived here, this would be my spot. Support them.

Excellent German Bier pub. Full authentic selection of traditional biere and other drinks. Chill bierhall vibe. But I want to review the food. Superb! Wurst (sausages) are prime, pretzels and beer cheese are fresh, not dense. Wings are huge, like mutant huge. Although limited wing sauces. Top of the menu for us today was the Spaetzel Mac and cheese. Hits the comfy food cheese and savory nerve. I had the Helle bier which was a refreshing Munich. Took me back to travels. Great place to book for office parties, even wedding receptions.
