A bar starts with a first season: 12 weekly nights on the evening you choose, ending in a finals night. Each night is charged the day after by the teams on its final standings, between a least and a most a night, and the first night is free. After the finals night you keep the night on a monthly program or stop; nothing renews by itself. The host arrives with the questions, the music rounds and the scoring already set up; your staff serves and the host runs the room.
The format is yours to choose: standard, progressive, wager or double-down scoring, four to six rounds, 90 minutes to two and a half hours. Season standings and recurring themes are available on the longer plans.
Each night gets a page and a map pin on 303Happenings, where people already look for trivia in Denver, and a link your regulars can share.

What does a hosted trivia night cost?
A bar starts with a first season of 12 weekly nights, priced by the teams that play: each night costs a set amount for each team on the final standings, between a least and a most a night, and the first night is free. After it, a weekly night is a monthly price by plan, and a single night has its own price. All of these are on the price list on this page, from our price book, and you get a written proposal with the price before anything is booked.
How do players join?
They scan a QR code at the table and play in the phone's browser. There is nothing to download, and teams can be one to eight people.
Can we try it before committing to a weekly night?
Yes. In a first season the first night is free, so you see a night run before you pay anything. If you would rather book one night on its own, ask for a single night in your request and the proposal prices that night by itself.
