Yes! Discovering events on 303Happenings is completely free. We make money through partner subscriptions and a small ticketing fee when you buy tickets through our platform.

How do you choose which events to feature?

We aggregate events from Ticketmaster, local venues, and community organizers. Featured events are chosen based on relevance, timing, and partner promotions.

Can I submit my own events?

Yes! Create a free partner account to submit events. Free accounts get 2 event submissions per month, or upgrade to Partner tier for 10/month.

How much does partner ticketing cost?

We charge a 5% platform fee on ticket sales. Stripe handles payment processing (2.9% + $0.30). You can optionally pass a buyer service fee ($1-3) to customers.

What languages do you support?

303Happenings supports English, Spanish (Español), Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Chinese (中文), German (Deutsch), Korean (한국어), and French (Français).

How do I claim my venue?

Create a partner account and navigate to 'My Venues'. Search for your venue and click 'Claim'. We'll verify ownership via document upload or phone verification.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my partner plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

How do multi-stop tours work?
