303Happenings is an event discovery platform focused on the Denver metropolitan area. Our Services include:
- Event listings aggregated from multiple sources including Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, StubHub, TicketNetwork, SeatGeek, and other third-party providers
- Interactive maps displaying event locations
- Venue information and profiles
- Partner accounts for venues and event organizers to submit and manage event listings
- Blog content about local events and happenings
We aggregate event information from third-party sources and do not directly sell tickets or host events. When you click on ticket links or purchase tickets, you are transacting with third-party ticket providers, not with 303Happenings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Consumer Accounts
You may create a free consumer account to access personalized features such as saving events, following venues and artists, entering giveaways, and receiving event recommendations. When creating an account, you may register using:
- Email and password
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
- Magic link (passwordless email authentication)
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password (if applicable) and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account
3.2 Partner Accounts
Certain features of the Services, including event submission and venue management, require you to create a Partner account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.
3.3 Venue Claims
Partners may claim ownership or management of venue listings through our verification process. By claiming a venue, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to manage that venue's presence on our platform. We reserve the right to require verification documentation and to reject or revoke claims that we determine to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
4. Subscription Services and Payments
4.1 Partner Subscriptions
We offer various subscription tiers for Partners with different features and limits. Subscription pricing and features are described on our pricing page and may be modified from time to time.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
4.3 Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in certain circumstances. Contact us at hello@303happenings.com for refund inquiries.
5. Giveaways and Promotions
5.1 Eligibility
We may offer giveaways and promotional contests through the Services. Unless otherwise specified, giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Employees of 303Happenings and their immediate family members are not eligible.
5.2 Entry Requirements
Giveaways may require you to meet certain conditions to enter, including but not limited to:
- Creating and verifying a consumer account
- Verifying your email address
- Verifying your phone number
- Following specific venues or artists on our platform
Each person is limited to one (1) entry per giveaway unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
5.3 Winner Selection and Prizes
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway period ends. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS (if phone number was provided). Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at our discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value. We are not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with prize fulfillment. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
5.4 Partner-Sponsored Giveaways
Some giveaways may be sponsored by venue partners or event organizers. In such cases, the sponsor is solely responsible for prize fulfillment. 303Happenings acts only as a platform for administering entries and winner selection.
6. Newsletters and Communications
6.1 Newsletter Subscription
You may subscribe to our email newsletter to receive information about upcoming events, local happenings, and promotional content. Newsletter subscription is optional and does not require a user account.
6.2 SMS Notifications
If you provide and verify your phone number, you may opt in to receive SMS notifications, including:
- Event reminders for events you have saved
- Giveaway winner notifications
- New events from venues or artists you follow
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies based on your preferences and activity. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by updating your account settings or replying STOP to any message.
6.3 Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. We may still send you transactional or service-related communications (such as account verification, security alerts, and billing notices).
7. User Content
7.1 Content You Submit
Partners may submit event information, venue details, images, and other content ("User Content") through the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
7.2 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit and license the User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
- Your User Content is accurate and not misleading
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
7.3 Content Review
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion. We may also establish general practices and limits concerning User Content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings or venue information
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Services without our express written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code
- Harvest or collect information about users without their consent
- Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) are owned by 303Happenings, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Trademarks
"303Happenings," our logos, and other marks are trademarks of 303Happenings. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
9.3 Third-Party Content
Event information, images, and other content displayed on the Services may be provided by third parties and are the property of their respective owners. We make no claim to such third-party content.
10. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our Services, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Services

11.2 Affiliate Links Disclosure
Some links to third-party ticket providers on our Services are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click on a link and make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. We participate in affiliate programs with:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12.2 Event Information
We aggregate event information from multiple third-party sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. Event details including dates, times, venues, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Always verify event information with the official event organizer or ticket provider before making plans or purchases.
12.3 No Endorsement
The inclusion of any event, venue, or third-party service on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by 303Happenings. We do not verify the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 303HAPPENINGS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO 303HAPPENINGS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 303Happenings and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@303happenings.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
15.2 Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you and 303Happenings agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as provided below. The arbitration will be conducted in Denver, Colorado, unless you and we agree otherwise.
15.3 Exceptions
Either party may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Services or intellectual property infringement without first engaging in arbitration. Claims under the small claims court threshold may also be brought in small claims court.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND 303HAPPENINGS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and, for registered users, by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
19. Miscellaneous
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 303Happenings regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
