Don't Miss This Week
Welcome back to 303Happenings! It's that magical time of year when the summer heat starts to break and we can finally start thinking about fall festivals without worrying about sweatpants. For the week of September 21–27, our city is buzzing with big tours, local favorites, and some killer comedy shows.
If you are looking for a headline grabber, Umphrey's McGee is headlining the Mishawaka Amphitheatre on Friday night. It's one of those rare nights where you can see a massive act right here in our backyard. You don't want to miss the energy at that venue, especially with the mountains looming behind it.
For something a bit more intimate but just as loud, head over to the Hi-Dive on Tuesday evening. The lineup features Friendship Commanders + Witch Ripper + Heathen Tongues. It's a great spot to catch some local talent before heading out to the big shows later in the week.
Finally, if you want to get your comedy fix early this week, make sure to snag tickets for 2026 All Star Passport at Voucher. It sounds unique, and with events like that happening on Tuesday, you know the city is ready to celebrate its culture.
Concerts & Live Music
The concert calendar is packed this week. We have a massive lineup coming to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Tuesday night featuring Foster The People. Seeing them perform the Good Mourning Sunshine Tour is a must-do for any music fan in our fair city.
Over at the Fillmore Auditorium, local favorite ISAIAH RASHAD is taking the stage on Tuesday. He's got that distinct Denver sound and brings a great vibe to the historic venue.
If you are into indie rock, catch Starbomb at the Mission Ballroom this Monday. It's an early week opener that sets a great tone for the rest of the festival season.
We also have another date for Umphrey's McGee wrapping up their run on Sunday at Mishawaka. And for those who prefer acoustic vibes, check out the lineup at Las Colonias Park featuring Ian Munsick on Wednesday.
Rounding out the list is a great Friday night show at Vultures with Calico Moon, In The Teeth, and Laura Anne Reitzel. It's a perfect evening to grab a drink and enjoy some great music.
Comedy & Theater
Denver has one of the best comedy scenes in the country, and this week proves it again. The Paramount Theatre is hosting Dan and Phil: Hard Launch World Tour on Monday. It's a huge tour stop for the YouTubers, so grab your tickets early.
On Thursday night, you can catch a doubleheader at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. First up is Hasan Minhaj w/ Ronny Chieng, followed by the chaotic energy of HASAN HATES RONNY | RONNY HATES HASAN. Seeing them both in one night is a unique experience.
For something theatrical, the Ellie Caulkins Opera House brings The Outsiders (Touring) to town on Tuesday. It's a classic play that always resonates well with our audience.
If you want some horror-comedy, the Paramount Theatre is also hosting Little Shop of Horrors on Wednesday. Plus, don't miss Adrian Uribe closing out the comedy week on Sunday.
