Seems their employees like to sample the product and drive around on forklifts destroying other people's property in the parking lot.

Fast unloading nice people. Shipping and receiving right after the building, just follow the sign. Docks are bit challenging,exiting also takes time ,but overall great experience

No taproom. As a response to you. Yes you post that it's not open to the public. Yet on maps and yelp and other sites, it shows up as open and has food available. You also promote music on site in your photes ect. So yes the 1 star is deserved and will remain.

Good beers. Nice IPA, and Red IPA. Pilsner was refreshing, very crushable. Citra session was light and easy drinking. Young Waitress was less than helpfully didn't know what HOP was used in the beers. Disappointing as everything else was inviting.

Would be great to know when you guys go to lunch. Rang the bell, nothing, called the number provided by my dispatch, nothing. Left a voicemail. My dispatch called, same result. Arrived at 1101 on 11/20/20 and lost nearly an hour waiting for 2 pallets with more stops to get on. Very frustrating. When help finally did offer itself, he seemed to be okay. Very cordial. Honestly was waiting for a call back or some such, didnt realize there was somebody there until a customer showed up to pick up a few cases of product. Sent a text and somebody appears. Second guy who actually loaded me seemed to be a little set off when i asked about the lunch break. Said he'd been there the whole time and never heard the bell.
