Very dated and cramped in there. They definitely need a renovation or a new facility. Sound system is terrible, you can barely hear the announcer's words. Students are disrespectful and obnoxious. They tried to rip on CU by showing Buffs fans and putting stupid little quotes next to them on the big screen. Pretty stupid lines like "I wish I had gone to CSU" and the more ridiculous "Ft. Collins makes Boulder look like a dump." Funny how Ft Collins is surrounded by cow fields.
Awesome atmosphere to enjoy the big game. Great team support and a fun time with audience participation. Only downside is the tight seating.
The event staff here were very helpful when Moby Arena hosted Colorado State University's graduation ceremonies. Additionally, there's a nostalgic vibe for those of us who attended a few legendary rock-'n'-roll concerts at Moby, like Van Halen in 1980! 🤘
Clean. A bit cramped. Be mindful of handicap access points and adjoining staircases. Men’s bathrooms are on the west side and female bathrooms on the east side. It’s a good not to get turned around if you have kids with you.
Attended a volleyball game here. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, the rules for entrance (including bag restrictions and food/drink limitations) were clear and easy to follow. The metal detector process was very light hearted and clearly explained. All the pedestrian isles were suitability wide to accommodate wheelchairs or heavy foot traffic. Concession was reasonably diverse: from soft pretzels to Chick-fil-A. Bathrooms were spotless and spacious. With a large number of stalls. Game was good. M.C had trouble with their microphone for a bit, but the Jumbo Tron was good quality and a lot of fun.
