Nice venue with casual laid back vibe and friendly people .. my gorgeous date and I had a great time seeing 80s new wave bands at the Totally Tubular Festival. Would be better if they left more open floor for dancing
I went in December 2023 to see Lovejoy. The atmosphere was incredible and the people were nice. The music was great and they had a lot of options if you didn't want to stand. Seating has a good view and there's wheelchair access. There's a ball that glows and spins at times. Be wary if you're going to stand in the center and are short because it can be harder to see and stay with someone cause it's a bit easy to get lost. Definitely would go again. (All photos were taken by me.)
If you get certain seats you can essentially have your own private bathroom. That area has been neglected and it's not the cleanest smell from Purina as you drive and walk over but excellent venue and great people. Bars have everything and seem to be easily available to get a drink. Smoke area outside. Great place. Shaq played here, because of course he did! Walk over is easy. Parking is less complicated than it looks. I would not recommend paying for pre parking because that lot is difficult to find and GPS is clueless. Indigo Girls were SICK! Not lying, and this is a compliment; I've never seen so many women in one place in my life but I haven't gone to Lilith...:) @Lancasterfogs
A great venue for a show. Saw Dropkick Murphys here, and I was amazed. Great sound, great atmosphere, and the absolute cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a concert. Parling was easy, standing area is huge, plenty of seating for us old people, and like 5 different bars. Highly recommend this place!
My friend and I were ready for a night of nostalgia with Alice Cooper. The show did not disappoint, nor did the venue. The Mission Ballroom is quite cavernous, industrial and loud. It's a good loud, a wall of sound, well-balanced. The space was standing-room-only with bars along the side wall. The stage was large with an immersive lighting display. Overall, it was a great experience. The pricing was what you would expect for a venue this size. I assume ticket prices are a sliding scale depending on the show. The drinks and pricing were what you'd expect for a show. The parking is a little annoying; be sure to bring cash and plan accordingly before you leave the house. Otherwise, it's a good night to be here!
