I was in almost everyday for a week. The entire staff was amazing! They were all so kind, friandly and accommodating. Every single one of them are awesome!

I had a fantastic experience with this U-Haul location! The staff was super friendly and made the whole rental process a breeze. The van was clean and well-maintained, which made my move so much easier. Definitely recommend!

I have always had good experiences with u haul in three different states. Park hill u haul they were very nice people. This particular day this past monday I rented the 19.95 small truck Ben the manager very nice person. Went out to get the truck for me . When I got ready to leave the truck was on empty like shy from empty. I told the movers I have to put gas first . They and even myself thought I have never got a truck from u haul on empty. Well I got $15 worth which would have enough to go do what I had to do and the gas would be the same amount it had in it. Upon return I looked at my charge it was $156. I called and asked about the charge and she said I was charged more because the gas wasn’t put back in it. Excuse me it was shy from empty. I actually had more than what was on it. She said Ben marked on the receipt it had an almost a half of tank. I looked at the receipt and told her that is not true it’s a big mistake. I am not a liar . She told me to call back to speak to Ben and I did I was put on hold so long I hung up and went to reviews to post. I am so disappointed for being over charged like that.
