Lots of fun and music was amazing, smoking section was outside, and Johnson and associates security was the best customer service.
Very cool event venue. The risers were well done so even short people could see the stage, which was much appreciated. PI was there early June and people were really packed in and it was hot. The a/c only seemed to run during the performance, so before the show and intermission got pretty toasty in there. Its kinda hard to leave your seat during intermission to get drinks, merch or use the restroom.
Cool place. Saw The Empire Strips Back. Great show and the venue has a new air conditioning system. Despite being super hot out it was chilly inside. Very nice.
When you first enter there's a small waiting room with a couch and a table to stand at and a walk up bar with no seating. The Arch has a great little stage. Maybe 200 seats in total. The spacing of the seats meant that only every other row was elevated a little. So if you're short like me, pay attention to where you sit. We saw the Empire Strikes Back Burlesque show. The creativity and comedy were spot on. The Arch crew did an phenomenal job with lights and effects. The ushers were polite and helpful. 3 bathrooms, gender nuertal, the toilet seat in mine was broken. That's why I gave them 4 stars. Street parking, so plan ahead
I went to my first show at this venue, and I am so impressed! I have a physical disability that limits my ability to get around. The staff, particularly Kelly and the security guy, went so far above and beyond to accommodate me. They made sure I had a comfy spot to sit before the show so I didn’t have to stand for too long, they made sure that my seats were in an area where I could get settled without having trouble, and the security guy even escorted me and my husband to our seats with a flashlight so that I could see well enough to get there safely. The bar was really, really good. My husband had a cocktail that he really loved. I can’t drink alcohol, and so the staff went above and beyond to get me a non-alcoholic option. The whole thing was great. Also – the restroom situation was so good for somebody with mobility issues! Considering I went there for the late night showing of The Empire strips back burlesque, the bathroom was clean and stocked with paper products and was large enough for me to maneuver around comfortably. The parking lot across the street is paid parking (only $8 for the whole night), but it was very accessible and only a super short walk. Highly recommend!
