Mike was very attentive to my needs, made sure we were aware of the elevator being down when we were trying to move out. Made us aware of more convenient stairs and access to the parking lot so it was closer to the car. 👍
I had an amazing experience thanks to Sege! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made my move to storage so much easier than I expected. From start to finish, she was organized, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but her positive attitude and efficiency made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone needing moving assistance. Thank you, Sege, for making such a big difference!!
Was needing some assistance with my storage unit and I can report that Public Storage is in good hands. The property manager Segen went above and beyond making sure all of my needs were met. Public Storage you were very lucky to have her.
I have had a terrible experience using Public Storage. 2100 Blake Street in Denver, CO has found a way to hustle customers through locks and hidden fees. They force you to not only use their locks, but they charge you for it. Then attempting to vacate the location has become a complete issue. No one is on site and most of your issues will be handled over the phone with multiple hands needed to understand the problem to still recieve no closure.
Im sure I did like we all do and shopped around. Well it didn't take long to find the perfect spot. I called customer service on the phone and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I get to the location and the front desk lady was truly amazing! I would drive from new mexico to store my things at this location. Good job team public storage!
