Instructor Roy Willey will lead participants in singing beautiful and simple songs from around the world, and we'll even invent some new songs together! Roy is an encouraging, inviting teacher and song leader who will keep you having fun while creating music with your voice and body. This program is designed to be accessible for people with memory loss. All experience levels are welcome and no registration is required. Contact wthomas@denverlibrary.org or 720-865-0260 with questions. Instructor Bio: Roy Willey is the founder and Creative Director of Voice Circle Colorado, a community based on the premise that singing is everyone's birthright. As a musician, teacher and song leader, Roy's goal is to guide singers of all levels past self-judgment and fear to help them connect with their inner music. He's studied extensively with Bobby McFerrin, Rhiannon, Judi Vinar, as well as Meredith Monk, Siobhan Robinsong, and many others.
