Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Do not sleep on the fried oyster mushrooms they are better than chicken wings. Great restaurant group, would suggest considering table service in order to bring in more business. Not very much fast casual in the neighborhood, this areas high end clientele want table service if they're expected to tip. This would also make it a great date night spot.

Amazing vegan options in addition to plenty of things for everything eaters! A perfect spot with plenty of choices for dates, friend groups, solo co-working, and everything in between. There's a lovely outdoor seating area out back with heaters when it's chilly. Great portion sizes & price-quality ratio. So grateful they have some great vegan breakfast options!

This is the spot to come for feel good food. You leave feeling nourished. The hot honey and maple mustard sauce are out of this world. My only complaint is the side of waffle fries should be larger given they cost $7. I really appreciate all the gluten free options! We will definitely be back to try more.

Overall, just a fantastic experience. I was new to Vital Root and a friend encouraged we go here for lunch. Glad we did. It was a little early for lunch so I opted for the breakfast burrito and a hibiscus. Margarita. My friend opted for the vegan bacon wrap sandwich. Both were top-notch full of flavor. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They have a lot of options on the menu for vegetarians, vegans, and non-vegans. Will be visiting soon again. I joked with one of the staff about making the hibiscus margaritas bottomless. She said no problem just that she would need a credit card on file. We both had a good laugh.
