I experienced another fantastic cooking class - Summer Steakhouse - at Stir Cooking School. Chef Marc and Ana made the evening so special. The recipes were not too difficult; my favorite was the Potato, Cheddar and Poblano Gratin. We began with some basic knife skills and Marc provided useful tips along the way that I definitely will incorporate into my cooking at home. We were at a station with two other wonderful classmates and together we created the dishes in the menu provided by Stir. At the end, we had such a delicious meal to enjoy. I think this is my fourth class at Stir and I will definitely be signing up again soon.
Chef Marc was amazing and so knowledgeable. We learned so much and the food was decadent. Would give more stars if I could. Will be back! And thank you Chef Anna for everything and all your support!!
Our first cooking class ever! We loved it- great for beginners, the chefs were very attentive and easy to follow. Food was delicious and they had great local recommendations on where to buy ingredients. Jack and Marc went above and beyond with making sure we felt included. Already looking up our next class!
My husband and I booked a class at stir during our trip to Denver. We thought it would be a fun way to explore the city and learn a new skill. We shared a station with a lovely couple who gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip! A great way to truly connect with the local culture and learn about exciting experiences we would have otherwise missed. Jack, our chef, was sassy and fun as well. Thank you stir for a great evening !
We had such a fun time at the Winter Solstice cooking class. The group we cooked with was amazing and we even got some left overs at the end. We learned some new cooking skills we didn’t before and we thought the food turned out amazing. What could have made the experience better was if we got to prepare more of the food. Most of it was already put together for it. I totally understand why they do this but it would have been fun to be more involved. Also, we didn’t get any of the recipes at the end like the chef promised :(
