Cherry Creek Denver events come from three pages: the Cherry Creek North listing, its summer calendar and VisitDenver's 2026-27 guide. Read in that order, they move from the district to the season to the city. Once a date is chosen, four places near the district fill out the day: a park, an Italian dinner, a burger patio and a sandwich counter, each with its own hours and parking.

Cherry Creek North events

The Events Archive - Cherry Creek North is the neighborhood's own events listing for its shopping and dining district. It comes from the district itself, so it is the first page to open when the question is what Cherry Creek North is hosting. Dates and details belong to that page, and a plan should take them from it directly.

Seasonal happenings

The Seasonal Events in Denver page, the Summer in Bloom calendar, carries seasonal summer events programming in Cherry Creek North. It sits beside the main listing as a second calendar for the warm months. For Cherry Creek summer events, start there and take each date from the page itself.

Regional events

Denver's Biggest Events for 2026-27 is VisitDenver's events planning guide for the 2026-27 cycle. It looks at Denver as a whole rather than at one district. Use it to see which citywide events fall near the dates chosen from the two Cherry Creek North pages, then decide whether to pair a Cherry Creek stop with a larger event or keep the two apart.

Best time to visit

Summer is the season the seasonal calendar covers, so a summer trip leans on the Summer in Bloom page. The neighborhood listing is the district's own, and VisitDenver's guide covers the 2026-27 cycle. Lay the three side by side and pick the dates that suit all of them.

Add a stop outside the calendars. Cherry Creek Dog Park, at 4 S University Blvd, is creekside greenspace with relaxed walking and bicycling paths and some tree cover, according to its Denver Parks and Recreation listing. It is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., allows dogs and is good for children. Its wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are listed, and it is rated 4.6 of 5 from 711 Google ratings. It fits a morning before an event or an evening after one.

Dining stops near the event calendars

The restaurants give the day a shape, from sandwich counter to burger patio to dinner.

Snarf's Sandwiches, at 125 Adams St, serves hot and cold sandwiches in a simple counter-serve setting, per its site. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., has outdoor seating, vegetarian options and dessert, and is good for children. It is the inexpensive stop of the three.

The Cherry Cricket Patio, at 2641 E 2nd Ave, is a long-running spot for build-your-own burgers and a large beer selection, as Cherry Cricket describes it. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, has outdoor seating, serves brunch and takes reservations. Prices are moderate, and it is rated 4.5 of 5 on Google. The late close makes it the option for an evening after a daytime event.

Barolo Grill, at 3030 E 6th Ave, offers upscale Italian fare and an extensive wine list in classy quarters with a romantic vibe, per Barolo Grill. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and takes reservations. It is the very expensive stop, rated 4.7 of 5 on Google, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and seating. It suits a planned dinner.

Getting there and parking

Parking differs by stop. Barolo Grill lists free street parking, and so does Snarf's Sandwiches . The Cherry Cricket Patio lists paid street parking and paid garage parking. Cherry Creek Dog Park lists wheelchair accessible parking.

Barolo Grill: Cherry Creek
Barolo Grill

For a day that ends in dinner, Snarf's or the Cherry Cricket covers the middle of the day. Barolo Grill opens Tuesday through Saturday, so on a Sunday or Monday the Cherry Cricket, open daily, is the backup.

Updated 2026-10-14: Restored the live headings and added four linked places with hours and parking; removed the routing and transit claims no listed source states.
