Really great sandwich options. I had the Italian on GF roll. I was sad that as usual the GF bread cost $3.60 more making the 7" sandwich the same as a regular 12". However, the roll was actually quite good and held up even with added toppings. My sandwich was tightly wrapped and clearly marked so it would not be confused with the other sandwiches in our order. I also loved how easy it was to understand the allergen warnings as they were clearly marked.
Usually, I have always ordered from Snarf's via delivery. Its been a while since I've walked into and ate in a store. But I have always received lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo and all the other goodness that makes this my favorite sandwich. The half that is still wrapped is how my sandwich came. When I went back to the counter to inquire what happened to the rest of my sandwich, the response was "that's how they come unless you ask for the rest." Since it didnt 'come' with all those, I asked if there was an additional charge. She said no, and she would be happy to add anything I wanted. So I went to hand her my sandwich- to fix it and instead, she handed me everything in a soup cup. I was floored! Im building my own sandwich that I paid more for (not including the tip) than if I had it delivered. As I was building the sandwich I tipped someone else to make, I realized the usual question, 'did you want everything on that?' was never asked during the ordering process. Lesson learned. Don't go in. Order out or ahead of time. The take-out ordering process makes sure no one forgets which basic sandwich toppings make it to the sandwich. This was definitely not the sandwich makers fault, BUT it was a huge missed opportunity to make it right.
Avoid the Cherry Creed location if you can. I ordered a sandwich platter (catering order), which was quite expensive. When I picked up the sandwiches, they were completely soggy and inedible. No help was offered from the store's manager. My recommendation it to avoid this location.
Decided to give this place a try. The lady behind the pick up counter was the first one to see and she was rude from opening the door until I picked up the food. Bummer I am gluten free celiac and the gentleman taking the order was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I can have. I ended up getting the cheesesteak off the “Not on the menu” menu. I was excited to give it a go. It came out warm and looked delicious. It was a bit of a let down. Not much flavor and the meat was a bit scarce. I also had the potato salad and that was even more disappointing. It was basically copped up potatoes swirled around in mayo with no flavor whatsoever. Needless to say it will be quite a while before I go back
Beyond disappointed. I understand that avocado can be brown but when you are paying $12 dollars for a very simple salad you would hope it would at least look appealing. Also why is the cheese cut so large for a salad. I love their Sammie’s and the staff here are pretty friendly but their salad game sucks. Really sucks. Take it off the menu or get a better salad. Also, the lettuce was bitter and I had to then buy a second lunch but it wasn’t edible.
