- New Openings (40%) — bar and restaurant permits issued in the last 90 days via Denver city licensing data
- Noise Density (30%) — 311 bar noise and nightlife complaint density from Denver Open Data
- Evening Events (30%) — 303Happenings events starting after 7pm in the neighborhood
