Great, classic omakase experience. We didn’t expect to find high quality fish in Denver but this place really impressed us. If you get the omakase, be prepared to order a few extra things if you want a full meal.
Had an excellent sushi dinner here, trying all sorts of interesting nigiri such as Barracuda, Flounder, Needlefish, Black Gnome Fish, etc., I could go on. We tried upwards of 10 different fish and each one was as good as the last, and the more unique fish from all over the world were top notch as well. Everything was fresh and while the meal was rather pricey, it was certainly worth it if you enjoy sushi. Highly recommend! The place was packed and a reservation is required so plan ahead.
This is some of the best sushi I have ever had, by an ocean or not (and we are very land locked in CO). I was immediately impressed by their catch of the day list, with over 40 items, and don’t miss the signature rolls either. Is there anything that isn’t just amazing, I don’t think so ;). 100/10, a must try, but book your reservations well ahead because they get busy.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi Den! The fish quality was exceptional - incredibly fresh and flown in daily from Japan. The sushi rolls were beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic. Service was attentive, though we had to wait a bit longer than expected during peak hours. Overall, highly recommend for sushi lovers looking for quality Japanese cuisine!
I absolutely LOVE this place. I just started eating sushi very recently and tend to be very picky about what I like. The service here is exceptional! Every time I’m here the servers always recommend the best items and are super knowledgeable with the menu. I thoroughly appreciate the energy they put into providing such an amazing service. The food here is amazing. I haven’t had one thing here that I don’t like. The miso black cod and spicy tuna bites are by far a favorite. The nigiri is so good, with the perfect fish to rice ratio. You can tell the fish is really fresh and being from the north east coast moving to Colorado, good fish has been hard to find but Sushi Den delivers! This was my first sushi restaurant in Denver and it’s actually been hard to find another sushi spot with the same quality and service. Always enjoy coming back here!
