Love this spot! I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered but the empanadas are a must and my arepa (beef) was especially good tonight. Shout out to our server Eduvis for sharing her opinions when we had questions - she won't steer you wrong! We also love this place for meeting with my gluten free/dairy free friend because there are so many options for her naturally in Columbian cuisine so don't sleep on it if you need those options!

Had an amazing experience at La Chiva Colombian Cuisine! I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and a milhojas dessert, and both were absolutely delicious. The Bandeja Paisa was authentic, flavorful, and generously portioned, and the milhojas was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. A special shoutout to Eduvis, who provided outstanding service throughout my visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. If you’re looking for authentic Colombian food and excellent customer service, La Chiva is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back!

Delicious. Ate my food before getting a pic but that cheese empanada was so good! Aware of gluten allergies and helpful with the menu! Cute inside seating. Truly a hidden GEM!

I ordered the guisado de pollo with an addition of extra chicken. It was amazing, good size portions, great flavor, it reminded me oh home 🇨🇴. I also got the arepas con queso as an appetizer and they were great as well. Service was amazing, special mention to the waitress, really friendly and highly attentive to the customer. The atmosphere was also great, nice music, the restaurant was well lit, and very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to eat Colombian food.

Although I have been to authentic Colombian restaurants, this place matches their signatures dishes and Colombian cuisine. The food was really tasty and their portions were more than enough. I enjoyed the service and also the decor and ambiance; I will recommend anyone in Colorado looking for Latin American food to come here and enjoy their dishes. I too cannot wait to come back and eat more of their flavorful and delicious food items! Que rica comida y bacan el lugar para almorzar o merendar! Buen provecho a todos!
