SkyBar at Hyatt Regency

Located at the top of the hotel, the place has large picture windows with a breathtaking view of the windows. Get there in time for sunset and you will not be disappointed. Delicious drinks.

The views from Peak are amazing every direction you look. Absolutely a beautiful panoramic view of Denver and the Rockies. Service is okay. Arrived around 630 and very few guests. Took a few minutes for service. Was only checked on maybe 2x. I was asked if I was good the first time and immediate while asking the question the server was already backstepping away. Im wasn't alone, watched two sets of people leave after waiting too long, yet there seems to be enough servers. The food, awful. I ordered nachos with Bison and they arrived cold, like room temperature cold. Must be a bad microwave or something on rotation. The flavors were bland, the queso may as well have been from a can at a local grocery store. To the server's credit, she did remove it from my bill, so I do appreciate that at least. Overall highly unimpressed. The only saving grace are cocktails..these are actually good. YMMV but.. dont count on it!

We got here right at sunset and had just a stunning view of the sun setting over the mountains. They just redid their menu and it’s all gluten-free and super delicious. I would just love it if they added a gluten-free dessert. But I kind of created my own with their ice cream and chocolate sauce, which is divine. Drinks are yummy as well. Service is great. It’s just a really fabulous restaurant. Definitely get the tostadas!

27th floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel is where the Peaks Lounge is located. Very large facility like it takes up half of the entire floor so ample seating at all times. The view is amazing as it overlooks Denver city. Pricey for sure but so is everything in downtown. 2 glasses of wine and 6 street tacos were free, view was 80 dollars. Great place to hang out while in downtown.

This is still one of my favorite spots in Denver for drinks and snacks. Everything about this place is amazing. That's exactly why I took her on a second date here. So I did find out that the reason for the soy sauce in her hot chocolate on the last date was actually because of a medical condition and she did not like me mentioning it to the world on my last review. Regardless I got a second chance so let's make this good. She didn't get mad about me mentioning the bird stories so let me tell y'all one. One weekend she was headed to New Orleans for work and her roommate agreed to cat sit her sisters, friends, band mates, ex boyfriends cat. Long story short she had to get a new bird. So, she said no last time, but I want to try this new position with her called the swirly twirly where she wraps her legs around me and I spin her around like a bayblade. If this posts gets 15 likes she says she'll let me do it!! Even though she knew I was writing this she still stood on the windowsill spread her arms and said hold me Jack.... Which was weird cause my names Aaron. So to get revenge I started calling her Stacy, which is her sisters name and her and I dated for about 2 years in elementary school. I quickly stopped when she threatened to hex me, my first born (if shes lucky it'll also be hers) and my cow. She may have hexed me before cause I am definitely under her spell.
