Test Connect Venue - Active

My exam was scheduled for tomorrow, and I received an email today informing me that it was canceled by the testing center with no real explanation, only that it was a “one-off event.” After months of preparation and planning around this exam date, this was incredibly frustrating. I called the testing center to get clarity, and the man I spoke with was very short, gave mostly one-word answers, and did not apologize at all for the inconvenience or the impact of canceling an exam at the last minute. I was left with no meaningful explanation and no accountability. I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend confirming backup options or choosing a different testing center.

Staff and facility were great. The staff were incredibly helpful. The proctoring lady also celebrated when I passed my exam. Love this place

Incredibly rude, didnt let me into my exam because they couldn't process my appointment, even though they gladly let in 5 white students into their exams while I was there at the front desk waiting for them to process my entry. DO NOT come here, MSU Denver Testing is much better, and even cheaper. Not to mention that the manager is super rude and oblivious, thinks that talking down will help the situation of her staff not doing their jobs.

Honestly it's fine. The workers are students on work study so it's to be expected. Taken 3 CompTIA certs and have not had any innate issues. Get there early, have all the ID required by the exam and take the test. Pretty straightforward and will continue to test here.

The staff is plain rude and lazy. I arrived 15 minutes before my test was scheduled but it took them forever to process my information because they were too busy talking to each other. They also handed me random sheets of information paper without saying a word. I was supposed to read the instructions and sign at the bottom and return it. Shoving pieces of paper in my general direction doesn't help me realize that I have to sign and return them. I began my test 5 minutes after it was scheduled to start.
