We loved our experience for lunch at The Kitchen. My favorite that we were both skeptical about ordering was the crab fried rice. It is packed with a ton of flavor. If you are adverse to spice, know that it can have a kick due to very small pieces of chili. I loved it. My husband really liked their Cubano sandwich. The cookie is really good: crispy outside, gooey center, chocolate layer throughout, topped with a light sprinkle of flaky salt. It comes out super hot in the center. If you like a sweet lemonade, they have a pretty purple mocktail that was lovely. Their cocktail list and bar was extremely tempting, but I could not imbibe this day. Thank you to all the staff for great recommendations and experience from start to finish!
Great food, drinks, service. All of the menu items were clearly labeled whether it was gluten-free or vegan, which was really helpful. Our server was very attentive to all our food allergy and preferences and made incredible suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out and meal there.
The kitchen is a great spot to come for dinner downtown. The food here is excellent. You order different plates off the menu, everything we tried was flavorful and unique. We enjoyed the tuna and steak tartare appetizers. We got the Kansas City steak to share with chimichurri. My favorite thing I ate was actually dessert. The chocolate peanut butter dome was surprisingly my favorite dessert I’ve ever had in Denver. If you come you must try it. Everything was excellent, the steak was slightly too salty for me and it could have been a touch rarer, but this is just my preference and was still was delicious. Our server Juliana was exceptional. She was upbeat, knowledgeable and had perfect timing throughout our meal. She even wiped down our table in between courses which was much appreciated. The interior of the restaurant is inviting and warm. From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. For an elevated dinner, this is a great spot to dine.
My family and I had an amazing experience at The Kitchen! Between the quality of the food, and the amazing service from Michelle, this was definitely our best meal in Denver so far. (been here a few days) I had the Huevos Rancheros during what I think was their brunch service on a Saturday morning. My parents had the Ham & Cheese Croissant w/ an Egg, as well as the Cubano. All of our food was PHENOMENAL! and reasonably priced! we’ve spent more on lesser meals. Can’t say enough about how good our experience was. Would definitely recommend.
I reached out to The Kitchen for a very last-minute, same day request to see if they could accommodate a party of 20 people for dinner. We would have been happy with all separate tables if needed, but thanks especially to Sammy, Brittany, and all the staff and chef we ended up with full scale event dinner that seemed as if it had been planned for months, instead of pulled together in less than 3.5 hours. We had an extraordinary evening, and all who attended walked in and were immediately impressed with the setup and small details, including our corporate logo on the pre fixe menus for dinner and drinks. We were given a lovely private room, and everything was outstanding. The menu was perfect and the food was amazing - especially the crispy cauliflower and the cast iron chicken. I've never heard so many people talk about good cauliflower and chicken could be, but it was truly remarkable. The staff were all fantastic, and our compliments to the chef for the amazing food. I am still in awe about how well done this evening was pulled together, and it speaks volumes about their dedication and commitment to excellence. If our team is ever again in the Denver area we will definitely plan ahead to come back to the Kitchen.
