Capitol Hill Portrait Series

I hate leaving negative reviews and I’m happy to change this if they rectify the situation. I’m hosting an event this fall and thought this would be a fun venue. I filled out the form on their site which says they respond in 48 hours. They didn’t. No big deal. I gave them a call. In fact I’ve called 7 times. The first time the guy was driving and said he would call me back. Never did. Then the next time he was “at his parents house” and he’d call me back. Again, never did. I’ve tried to get a hold of them because hosting an event is a lot of planning and the venue is a big driver of the rest of what needs to be done. Been trying for about a month now. Either they don’t want business or the number tied to this listing is fake. I don’t know which it is but horrible service.

Really good place to have drink with friends and enjoy local DJ's

Been here twice and it’s a great vibe! Owner really cares about music and curates amazing local artists. Staff is very friendly. The venue itself is very cool, with a traditional dance floor upstairs and an intimate basement stage below (pictured). My one friend described the venue as having a house party vibe, in a good way. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this bar! Great service and energy. A group of us stopped in for a drink and ended up staying all night. The live music was fantastic. We’ve already been back several times. PS. Don’t miss out on the pool table upstairs!

Top tier vibes and ownership!! Two rooms with unique vibes and lights and solid sound systems! Love all the couches and seating options as well. There’s truly no place like cap hill confidential!
