Delicious food and I'm shocked it was so slow at 4pm on a Sunday. It was delicious and they had a happy hour of food that has been on my mind for days. I am coming back just for the cucumbers/pickles (someone please give me the recipe so they'll stop being in my dreams!) my only negative is the tap water smells and tastes like garden hose water 😫 only complaint.
Recently visited Ace on two occasions: dine in for mother day's brunch and at the bar in the evening with some friends. Mother's Day brunch was quite tasty and we all enjoyed ourselves (pictured with review). The miso glazed bacon and banana milk lattes were super yummy! In my opinion they stole the show. Service at this visit was okay, but I am pretty sure only one waitress was working the floor. Their plant sale was also cute. The second visit was very odd. I went out with my friends. We had a very kind bartender who offered us a free shot to celebrate my graduation. When booking a ping pong table, we were not told about the $25 reservation fee, but that was my bad for not knowing the policy. However, I think it would have been nice to know before booking the table. Drinks were yummy, ping pong was fun. However, at the end of the night, we saw a mouse in one of the indoor seating areas. I brought this up to a staff member, and his initial response was to ask me about a tab that wasn't mine. It seemed a bit odd that that was his immediate response after alerting him about a mouse. Another staff member approached me a bit later, and she was very kind and apologetic. Overall, I had a really great time at this establishment, but also a slightly odd one. I am not sure if I will be returning.
Great place to check out in Uptown. Asian food and inspired drinks are all quite good. Outside and indoor seating with prompt service and great vibes. Stop in for the food, stay for some ping pong.
Okay, this spot is a hidden gem. I thought it was just going to be burgers and bar food, but they have some serious talent in the kitchen! Great selection of food. It’s all shareable. The service was outstanding! Ask for Leo when you go in. He’s awesome!
Me and my son happened to walk in on happy hour, which was a great time. We had the fried rice and pot stickers and a kid ramen. Great service and prices.
