Extremely disappointed with our stay at Telluride Town Park. Be aware that there are no free showers available—you have to pay $4 to $5 just to bathe. On top of that, I strongly advise against tent camping here. The ground is covered in wet mud everywhere, making it a miserable setup for tents. Even if you RV there is not electricity are water at the campground.
Telluride is an incredibly beautiful town with breathtaking scenery, charming streets, and amazing parks. However, during my visit I personally felt that, more than anywhere else I’ve been in the U.S., many people seemed focused on displaying wealth and status. That made the atmosphere feel less warm and welcoming than I had expected. Of course, this was just my personal experience, and others may feel differently.
We went here for the very 1st time to experience the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Such a beautiful little area. They have a fishing pond exclusively for kids. A little brook going through the park and right next to the river. We cant wait to come back and enjoy this park and town again.
Absolutely an amazing venue, staff is incredible, park is beautiful & you can tell how much the Telluride people love this space and the nature within it. 100% recommended to any music, art, and nature lover 🌱☮️🖤
I'm typically a couple's photographer. Mostly elopements and engagements. But when I got the opportunity to shoot the Telluride Bluegrass Festival this past June, I jumped at the chance. And wow, I left with a new level to my creativity that I never knew existed and with the experience of a lifetime. Town Park will forever hold a special place in my heart. I shall be back.
