Great place with amazing cocktails. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, and the service is excellent. The cocktails come out insanely fast seriously, like lightning speed. Huge respect to the whole team, keep it up!

Matt at Hooch in Aspen is the kind of bartender who reminds you that great bartending is part craft, part intuition, part wizardry. He made a cocktail out of cold brew in a way that was genuinely so impressive it stopped me in my tracks. Not gimmicky, not overdone, just wildly creative and actually delicious. A total “how did you even think of that?” moment. Real innovation behind the bar is rare, and Matt absolutely delivered. Smart, original, dialed-in, and unforgettable. Aspen, take note.

My boy Otto was very helpful in creating a custom cocktail for me. I was torn between a margarita and a whiskey sour…he is truly incredible, because he somehow blended both together…using whiskey as the base and mixing a sweet and sour mix with a hint of basil to create an unbelievable beverage. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Give Otto a raise! He is awesome.

The service was Fantastic by both of the Mixologists. They were friendly, down to earth, super cool and chill, good conversation, and EXCELLENT at what they do. Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the very best craft cocktail bar in all of Aspen. The atmosphere of this craft cocktail bar is what Katherine and I have been conceptualizing for years! We are from Chicagoland and had been staying in Severance, CO with family; and we decided to take a nearly 4 Hour Drive to Aspen. Hooch was one of the very best parts of our road trip!

Stopped by here last night with my wife for an after dinner drink and the place was very cute. We sat out on the porch and they had some extra blankets if it got too cold. Overall, the service was solid and the drinks were great too. I am always up for an old fashioned and this was certainly one of the best I had in Aspen. Wish we came here for dinner too because the menu looked amazing! I recommend to anyone in the area.
