Hands down the best Oscar style filet minion I’ve ever had. The presentation was absolutely amazing. So much crab and such a uniquely and elegantly flavored Bernaise sauce. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and felt much bigger than the 8 oz portion size. The service was OUTSTANDING. Nobody in our party ran out of drinks or water the entire night and the server had such a great friendly, welcoming, and down to earth attitude. If you are coming to Denver for business or pleasure, you CANNOT miss out. You have to go to Elway’s!!

Last night, our group of 15 educators had an incredible dining experience at Elway's Downtown inside the Ritz-Carlton in Denver. Even though we were split between two tables, the service was exceptional from beginning to end. A special thank you to our waiters Bryce and Rebecca, our waiters, who truly went above and beyond. One of the educators in our group shared that he had been a huge John Elway fan his entire life and was so excited to finally dine at Elway's. Rebecca listened, took it to heart, and made him feel incredibly special, turning what was already a memorable evening into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. That level of genuine hospitality is rare, and it meant so much to all of us. The food was outstanding. We started with the calamari and grilled artichokes, both of which were absolutely delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the smash burger was flavorful, the salmon was fresh and perfectly prepared, and every side (mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, & brussel sprouts) we tried was excellent. To top it all off, the desserts were the perfect ending to an amazing meal. From the incredible service to the exceptional food, Elway's Downtown exceeded every expectation.Both Bryce & Rebecca's warmth and attention to detail made an already wonderful dinner unforgettable. If you're looking for an outstanding dining experience in downtown Denver, this is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

What a treasure. Excellent food and service. The aged porterhouse and lamb lollipops fondue was wonderful. The Mac n cheese was sooo good and Im not a huge fan of Mac n Cheese. And thr creme brule and cheesecake are to die for. A must visit. Now it is expensive but worth every penny. You pay for what you get. Our waiter was great and attentive. Excellent service and a great restaurant.

When in Denver dinner at Elway’s is a must. The food is exquisite! This time I did make a request that they bring back an awesome chili/stew that disappeared from the menu after covid. I enjoyed a delicious filet and discovered a new wine!

Every. Single. Time. Elway’s. Is. Amazing. First time at the downtown location, celebrating my birthday they knocked itout of the park with the inside of the menu stating “Happy Birthday”. Having that personalization on a menu set off a great first impression. We’ve been to the Vail location and it’s been one of our favorite restaurants. This one also didn’t disappoint. Whether it was the mesmerizingly creamy mashed potatoes, juicy steak filets, or just the simple bread platter every bite was everlasting. I engulfed the asparagus to have no leftovers of that side dish while my wife saved the majority of her Mac & cheese for tomorrow. We then decided on the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. They added an extra cookie and waived the dessert as it was my birthday. A phenomenal touch. The customer service from our waitress, Rebecca was phenomenal. She made everything happen and constantly checked in with us! Great service! Also shoutout to the man who always filled up our water. He was on it and made sure my wife and I never had an empty glass. There’s a reason after we left that my wife said, “For my birthday, I want Elway’s.” There’s simply nothing better. Elway’s, whether it’s the Vail or Downtown location, you’ll be seeing us again!
