I just saw Ringo Starr and His All Star Band! Way better than I expected! The venue is amazing. Parking is a little challenging sometimes, but it was a great show and the crowd was groovy! Highly recommend seeing a show here.
This place is not settup properly to hold big events like this to few bathrooms by far and no paper towels or air dyrers to be able to dry your hands with when they run out of paper towells in the bathrooms and then they dont know how to make the volume loud enough for everyone to hear the speaker thats speaking not to mention getting my tickets turned into ada tickets was not at all easy like it should be, i shouldn't have to threaten a lawsuit before you are able to get me ada seating and the women in the photo below was the one that made it not easy to get our tickets redone right and all your employes need to be wearing name tags by far and not be allowed to hide them when you ask them for there name and this woman did exactly that and refused to shake my mothers hand once the conflict was resolved by her boss, so that way if someone needs to complain about someone that works for you they can cuz the woman in the photo working at your ticket counter wouldn't give us her name so we could file a proper complaint about how she didn't handle getting our tickets transfered over properly or easily and so i personally will never return to this venue now either unless someone can speak to me about this issue and how we were not treated properly
Seats were reasonably comfortable. Restrooms were a major issue during intermission, especially for women. They need to open up more of the convention center restrooms during shows, so people can choose to walk farther away from the entrance. It was truly ridiculous how long the lines were. I missed the first dance after intermission due to the restroom line. And, if you have to sit to the sides, the curtains block so you can’t see the stage on the side you’re on, even from the sections second in from the side. You’d only be able to see half the stage if you were in any of the sections on either of the far sides. The seats are spread out, away from the stage, not out and up like at the Buell, so it seems like you’re really far away from the stage. For the cost of tickets these days, it’s not a great value. We had a group of 6 & it literally would have cost more than a thousand dollars to be more in center & lower. Very poorly designed!! Acoustics were good (but we were there mainly to watch) & shadows of dancers on side walls was pretty. We’d love to go to Dancing With the Stars again, but I’d avoid the Bellco Theater. I’m now going to Mel Robbins and expect all the same issues. It’s disappointing! Only seats in center have a full view. Parking is not convenient either. You either walk a long way, rideshare or wait in more lines. Can only imagine attending with mobility issues!!
Pretty great theater for what it is. They need more than 2 restrooms for 5000 people. That is common sense when you only have a 20 minute intermission. The seats are pretty comfy compared to other horrible venues like ball arena. The screen could be larger for people with vision disabilities. It's hard to pick up / mix all symphonic instruments when you have an orchestra playing, etc. It sounded quite loud for what the experience was. This event was flawless as far as musical performance excellence went. Could have also been cooler inside the theater. Now the parking garage experience was a massive fail. Who ever designed this parking garage needs to go back to civil engineering school. Plan on waiting a good 30-45 minutes to get out because there is no logical design for when everyone is trying to get out at once. Because of the vertical spiral tower, you have to stop and wait to let the next car pass as you go down each level, in addition to privileged people who all think they have the right to reverse right into you and join the main line of people who have already been waiting. Convenient parking lot, YES, good design for massive crowds trying to leave, NO. They did have water fountains but also canned water if you enjoy getting ripped off. The show must go on. The balcony is closed.
First time here. The venue is pretty good. Limited bathrooms for sure. Came here for Teddy Swims! Others were American Aututhurs and and Neon Trees.
