Foreigner brings their Historic Farewell Tour to Monfort Concert Hall in March 2026, marking one of the band's final performances in the Northern Colorado area. Known for arena anthems like "Cold as Ice," "Juke Box Hero," and "I Want to Know What Love Is," the British-American rock legends have sold over 80 million albums worldwide since forming in 1976.
The intimate 1,400-capacity Monfort Concert Hall at the University of Northern Colorado provides a rare opportunity to see these rock veterans in a more personal setting—a stark contrast to their typical arena performances. This farewell tour celebrates nearly five decades of chart-topping hits and represents the end of an era for classic rock fans.
Founded by guitarist Mick Jones and featuring longtime vocalist Kelly Hansen since 2005, Foreigner continues to deliver powerful performances of their extensive catalog. The band's influence on arena rock and AOR (Album-Oriented Rock) remains undeniable, with multiple multi-platinum albums and consistent touring drawing multigenerational audiences.
Foreigner formed in 1976 when British guitarist Mick Jones joined forces with American musicians including vocalist Lou Gramm. The band achieved massive commercial success in the late 1970s and 1980s with a string of arena rock anthems that defined the genre. After selling over 80 million albums worldwide, Foreigner announced their farewell tour, marking the end of nearly five decades of touring. Current vocalist Kelly Hansen has fronted the band since 2005, maintaining their powerful live sound while honoring the classic catalog.
