Pikes Peak Center

I think that the opening act with Itis was excellent. The show with Hairball was pretty good but was somewhat disappointed with the venue. Although it was clean I did not like that it was a cashless venue. Also stood in line at the north end bar. For a drink only to be told that we could only purchase water by some young snot nosed kid. Then had to stand in another line just to get a drink. It was a real pain in the butt having to deal with a power tripping bartender at a venue that u paid good money to see. The show in itself was good. The pre food offered was also a disappointment, who wants turkey breast with giblet dressing in January?? I think that if the Pikes Peak Center wants to be considered as a serious venue with all the competing venues, then they need to step up their game and who they hire. There are a lot of competing venues now in Springs that now make this place less of an option for the prices that they charge.

I have to say, to me, this was the best place to see a live performance! Great atmosphere, clean, and parking was a breeze!! This is my new favorite place to see my favorite artist. I went to see Dream Theater 9/29/25 for their Parasomnia tour. This was my first time at Pikes Peak Center and I was blown away!!

DT concept album - Parasomnia. Consummate musicianship, videos, light, laser, stage and dialed in sound production - killed it. Full show experience. Venue totally supported it. Great environment and wonderful venue.

We visited the Pikes Peak Center for the first time to see the Nutcracker. I was a bit concerned at first that our seats would be too far from the stage to really get the full experience of the ballet since we were on the first row of the top balcony & had young children, but it was nice! The acoustics were fantastic for the orchestra. We had no trouble parking nearby, even 15 minutes before the show on a Sat evening.
