Had a great time at a recent concert, HOWEVER! The staff is extremely rude and condescending. I watched an underage person order a mocktail at the bar in which they got it in the clear cup. Then right before the concert even started, they went up to that minor and yelled at them for supposedly having alcohol and absolutely refused to believe him. Sat there yelling at him for having it in the wrong cup even though that was the bartenders fault! Watched a lot of people defend him too saying they had the mocktail and it had absolutely no alcohol. In the end they still kicked out the minor. Disgraceful behavior from the staff.
My underage friend got given a clear cup by a bartender (the venues signal for an alcohol beverage) with a mocktail beverage inside. The staff then kicked him out of the venue, refusing to accept they made a mistake or listen to any sort of reason. Additionally they refused to provide any sort of compensation, completely disrespecting our time and money, and tarnishing an event we had been waiting 6 months for.
Went with a underage friend who ordered a mocktail. Was given the mocktail in a clear cup and was immediately kicked out for alcohol consumption without being able to explain with no refund. Venue is nice but management was terrible and was incapable of handling a simple situation. The wouldn't even let him wait outside to get a ride home even though that wasn't even part of their property. They were very aggressive and rude.
Affordable place to see live music, and have a reasonable priced adult beverage while you enjoy the music.
Great little theater. The staff is all wonderful and very friendly. They have a great variety of events. We went to see the Carole King and James Taylor tribute. Amazing! I never thought it would be my type of venue and they have a lot of events that are definitely not my taste. However, they really know how to cater to the particular crowd that is present. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you.
