Denver School Of The Arts

Left the band department my senior year and its not good. The teacher of band is not professional and degrades students. My ability and confidence in music worsened after having him as a teacher.

My sister is a sixth grader here and she loves the school. Even though it was hard for her to make friends the people there were so nice and she made friends easily!

Such a great school--- Before the two principles were added, that have destroyed this building and the spirit of the arts community that used to be so strong here. Milds and Mcwright took everything that was great about the school and destroyed it. Neither of them should ever have been allowed around students. Hopefully, now that they are out and gone, the school will get back to the greatness that it once had.

We went to our granddaughter’s dance performance last night. Grades 6th-8th grade performed. The music, lighting and Choreographic design was top notch. The performance center was very nice. Art work from students was displayed along the corridor of the school. Very talented artists!

Love this school. It's the best one I've ever been to, and it's absolutely amazing. The students are very kind and there are scholarships for students who need them. Students go on amazing trips and have great opportunities and you can really tell that the teachers care. The curriculum is challenging and really prepares students for college and real-life experience.
